很多人写CV太真实,结果就是没有亮点。但HR扫一份简历可能就10秒左右,你不主动突出价值,对方根本看不到重点。关键是:在真实基础上,把结果写出来,比如: ❌ “Participated in content operations” ✅ “Responsible for content planning and publishing, producing 20+ articles within 3 months, with 3 exceeding 10,000 views”
另外一点很关键 👉 每个岗位都可以稍微改一下CV
去看岗位JD、公司在做什么产品,然后把你的经历往那个方向对齐。 这一点,能直接把你和大多数海投的人拉开差距。
2️⃣面试别只背标准答案
很多人一面试就开始背模板,其实反而减分。把面试当聊天,而不是考试。比如问你缺点: 不要说: ❌ “I’m a perfectionist”
可以说: ✅ “Sometimes I focus too much on details, but I’ve been learning how to better balance efficiency and quality.”
这样对方会觉得你更真实、更好合作。 👉 结束时可以问一句:
“If I were to join, what would be the key priorities in the first 3 months?”
这会让面试官下意识把你代入已经入职的人,印象会很不一样。
自我介绍也一样: 不用复述简历,说清三点就够了
👉 What you’re good at 👉 What relevant experience you have 👉 Why you’re interested in this role/company
